These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Morning Anchor app, the LifeText check-in service, and any related websites or services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by WilWell Company LLC ("WilWell," "we," "us," or "our").
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Morning Anchor is a wellness product. It is not a medical device, not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or therapy, and not a replacement for emergency services. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (press 1 for the Military Crisis Line), or call 911.
The Service is available to users aged 13 and older. If you are between 13 and 17, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Service and to enable LifeText.

If you enable LifeText, you consent to receive automated text messages from Morning Anchor at the phone number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by toggling LifeText off in the app. See our Privacy Policy for details on how LifeText data is handled.
All content in the Service — including affirmations, prompts, body awareness audio, design, and software — is owned by WilWell Company LLC or its licensors. You may use the Service for your personal wellness practice. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish content from the Service without written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet any particular outcome. Your wellness outcomes depend on many factors outside the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WilWell Company LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you've violated these Terms or for any lawful reason, with notice where reasonable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Missouri unless required otherwise by law.
