The Morning Anchor was created to provide a simple, low-barrier daily check-in tool grounded in counseling research and behavioral science. Drawing from motivational interviewing principles, clinical best practices, and applied research in self-regulation and habit formation, Morning Anchor is designed to help individuals build self-awareness, recognize patterns over time, and take intentional next steps toward healthier daily routines—without overwhelming the user.
Sean serves as a consultant with WilWell Technologies, the team that designed and built the Morning Anchor application. WilWell Technologies is a subsidiary of WilWell Company LLC, focused on developing research-based, ethically grounded digital tools that support mental health, education, and community well-being. Sean is also the owner of Anchor of Hope Counseling Center, where he provides counseling services and community-based training.
Morning Anchor is a self-reflection and habit-building tool informed by research and counseling practice. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
