Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get pilot access? +
Fill out the pilot request form and we'll reach out to discuss your organization's needs. Pilots typically start within 1-2 weeks.
What devices are supported? +
The app works on iPhone (iOS 14+), Android phones, and web browsers. Students can use whatever device they have access to.
What data do schools or coordinators see? +
Only aggregate metrics like overall engagement rates and feature usage percentages. No individual check-in data, no personal information, and no identifying details.
How do seat codes work? +
Each participant receives a unique code (like MA-XXXX-XXXX). They enter the code once to activate the app. Codes are anonymous - we can't trace which user has which code.
Is this a replacement for counseling or professional care? +
No. The Morning Anchor is a supportive companion for daily self-awareness, not clinical care. It's designed to complement existing support structures, not replace them.
What is Today's Anchor? +
After each daily check-in, you receive one personalized action — your anchor for the day. Based on how you're feeling, it might be a grounding exercise or a growth-focused step. Think of each anchor as a link in a chain, connecting you to the dock of your recovery. Complete it, or simply acknowledge it — no pressure, just presence.
What happens if a student reports high distress? +
The app surfaces safety resources (like 988) and any Support Plan content the user has saved. This is self-directed - there is no automatic notification to coordinators or external parties.
