Non-Disclosure Agreement

By signing below, you agree to the following terms:

Confidentiality. All research documentation, methodologies, pilot data frameworks, outcome metrics, and proprietary information ("Confidential Information") provided by The Morning Anchor shall be kept strictly confidential.
Permitted Use. Confidential Information may only be used for the purpose stated above (evaluation, research collaboration, or partnership consideration).
No Disclosure. You shall not disclose, distribute, reproduce, or share any Confidential Information with third parties without prior written consent from The Morning Anchor.
No Derivative Works. You shall not create derivative works, replicate proprietary methodologies, or use Confidential Information to develop competing products or services.
Return or Destroy. Upon request, you agree to return or destroy all copies of Confidential Information in your possession.
Participant Privacy. All data shared is aggregate and de-identified. You agree not to attempt to re-identify any individuals from aggregate data.
Duration. This agreement remains in effect for two (2) years from the date of signing or until terminated by The Morning Anchor.
